Despite previous gym memberships and personal trainers, my busy work and family life had been such that I had been putting on 3 or 4 lbs each year over a 15 year period.

I then started working with Iain Jackson as my personal trainer. Through a combination of fun but challenging exercise routines, as well as helpful nutritional advice, and generally lots of encouragement to someone who is not a natural gym or sports person.

Iain has helped me to finally reverse my increasing weight and I have in fact lost circa 10 kg during the 6 years we have been together as well as massively improved my levels of fitness and general well being.

In addition to being a fitness expert, Iain is a professional boxer, talented musician, and an inspirational person who is always a pleasure to be with. I would thoroughly recommend him.

I had been working out on my own for years and seeing little improvement in my stamina and strength and had a back condition that would floor me every few months.

I started training with Iain 2 years ago with a view to addressing my chronic back condition and strength and stamina.

I have increased my strength and stamina by over 100% and made incredible improvements in all aspects of my fitness.

I am now entering a triathlon!
